All transactions on the psvr2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate and applicable processing fees. psvr2 is not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations.

Psvr2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions. In no event shall psvr2's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the psvr2 platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of psvr2 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from psvr2.
The psvr2 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, such as payment processors and game providers. psvr2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before using their services.
Psvr2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the latest version on this site. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
